Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?
No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?
Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.
What should I check when I receive the material?
Please check the product name, size, quantity, packaging and visible condition of the material immediately after receiving the shipment.
What if I receive damaged material?
Please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the package and product so the issue can be reviewed.
