Installation recommendations

Clean and inspect both threads first; a socket cross-threaded onto a dirty pipe end will hold at the surface and let go under load. Tape or seal, then make up with wrenches on both parts. Support the column so the socket is never taking a bending load while the string is being lowered.

Before you buy

What does the second measurement mean — 2"-10 MM?

The first is the bore and the second is the wall thickness. Same 2" pipe size, more metal: the heavier wall is for deeper strings and harder duty, where the socket carries more hanging weight.

Why seamless rather than welded?

A welded seam is the line a socket splits along when it is over-torqued or corroded. Seamless has no such line, which is why it is the standard for pump column work.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?
