Installation recommendations
Roll the tube out fully before charging — water entering a folded run will kink it and the kink becomes a permanent weak point. Keep it clear of stubble and sharp stone; a layflat tube is tough against pressure and weak against a cut edge. Charge slowly and check the couplings under pressure. Drain and roll it from the far end so the remaining water is pushed out ahead of the roll.

Making your pipe last: UV, storage and handling
Most pipe does not fail — it is killed. Sunlight, sharp bends and bad storage account for most of the failures we see.
Before you buy
Can it be buried?
No. It is a surface delivery hose. Burying it prevents inspection, and a stone bearing on the wall under load is what causes a failure you cannot see coming.
How do I repair a cut?
Cut the damaged section out square and rejoin with the correct clamp coupling for the size. A taped repair will not hold at working pressure.
Why is GST only 5% on this?
Micro-irrigation equipment is taxed at 5% GST. General pipe fittings are 18%, so an order that mixes the two shows both rates on the invoice. The price you see already contains the tax.
Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?
Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.
Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?
Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.
Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?
No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
