Installation recommendations

Clean both threads, tape in the tightening direction and make up with wrenches on both parts. Never force stainless into stainless dry — it galls. Where the nipple joins HDPE, cut the pipe square and seat it fully before tightening the compression parts.

Before you buy

How much thread should be showing when it is made up?

A thread or two is normal and fine. A nipple that bottoms out with several threads still showing has usually met grit or a damaged thread — back it off and clean rather than driving it home.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.

Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?

No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
