Installation recommendations

Align the pipe ends square, seat the gasket, and let the spring close the latch fully — do not force the latch over a misaligned joint. Check the spring is intact and the gasket sound each season. Bring pressure up gradually on first charge.

Before you buy

Is the spring version worth the extra?

Where the set is dragged across a field or the line is long enough that you cannot check every joint, yes — it is the joints you do not walk that open. On a short set that is carried and placed, the plain latch is fine.

Why is GST only 5% on this?

Micro-irrigation equipment is taxed at 5% GST. General pipe fittings are 18%, so an order that mixes the two shows both rates on the invoice. The price you see already contains the tax.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.

Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?

No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
