Installation recommendations

Unroll the full length before water enters it. Keep the run as straight as the bund allows — every sharp bend under pressure is a wear point and a head loss. Charge gradually rather than opening the delivery valve fully. At the end of the run, drain it and roll from the far end so the water is pushed out ahead of you, then store it dry and out of the sun.

Before you buy

How is this different from LDPE lapeta hose?

This is a woven tarpaulin hose: the reinforcement takes the pressure and it folds completely flat. LDPE lapeta is an extruded plastic hose — a little stiffer, sold by coil weight, and it holds a rounder section. For long delivery runs that get rolled up daily, the tarpaulin type handles the folding better.

Can it be left charged overnight?

Better not to. Leave it drained when it is not in use — standing water plus sun ages the coating, and a charged hose across a field is what a passing wheel will find.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.

Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?

No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
