About this product
Impact Sprinkler Nozzle Brass is durable irrigation nozzle designed for efficient water spraying and long-term use. Made from high-quality Brass material, it offers excellent strength, rust resistance, and reliable performance under varying field conditions ensuring a fine and uniform water distribution across crops, lawns, and gardens. Its robust construction makes it ideal for agricultural and horticultural irrigation, providing consistent coverage, water efficiency, and easy maintenance for modern farming needs.
Key features
- coverage are wide range
- rust free
- connection type threaded
- leak proof
- easy to use
Where it's used
- Sprinkler irrigation of groundnut, pulses, wheat and fodder
- Overhead watering on close-sown and broadcast crops
- Portable sprinkler sets moved between plots
- Germination and establishment watering
Benefits
- Brass body and machined internals, so the wear surfaces last far longer than a moulded equivalent
- Impact arm drive is mechanically simple — there is very little to fail and it can be freed in the field
- Runs across a usable pressure band rather than needing one exact setting
- Even distribution over a full circle, which is what stops the strips of dry ground a poor sprinkler leaves
- Handles the slightly gritty water that farm bores actually deliver
Installation recommendations
Mount it truly vertical on the riser — a leaning sprinkler throws long on one side and short on the other, and that shows up as a dry crescent in the crop. Set the spacing so the wetted circles overlap; sprinklers are designed to be run overlapping, and spacing them to just touch leaves dry ground between. Check the arm swings freely before charging, and set pressure at the head rather than assuming it.

From the knowledge centre
Drip or sprinkler: which one suits your crop?
Both save water, but they suit different crops, soils and budgets. A plain comparison to help you pick before you spend.
Before you buy
The sprinkler will not rotate.
Nearly always grit under the arm pivot or a bent arm spring, not a failed sprinkler. Stop the line, free and rinse the arm, and check it swings before blaming the unit. Persistent grit means the filter needs attention.
How far apart should they be spaced?
Close enough that the wetted circles overlap substantially — spacing to the edge of throw is what leaves dry patches. Wind matters more than the catalogue: on an exposed plot, close the spacing.
Brass or aluminium?
Brass for continuous seasonal use and gritty water — it wears far better. Aluminium is lighter to carry and cheaper, which suits a set that is shifted constantly by hand.
Why is GST only 5% on this?
Micro-irrigation equipment is taxed at 5% GST. General pipe fittings are 18%, so an order that mixes the two shows both rates on the invoice. The price you see already contains the tax.
Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?
Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.
Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?
Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.
Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?
No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
