Installation recommendations

Clamp the hose properly at the tap rather than relying on a push fit — a hose that whips off under pressure is the commonest garden nuisance. Avoid tight bends at the connection; support the first half metre. Drain and coil it loosely for storage rather than folding it, and keep it out of direct sun.

Before you buy

Which size should I choose?

For a household tap and hand watering, 20 mm is normally right. Move up to 25–40 mm when the hose is fed by a pump or when the run is long enough that friction starts costing you flow at the nozzle.

It has gone stiff and cracked. Why?

Sun. UV hardens the wall and the first tight bend then splits it. Storing the hose shaded and coiled loosely rather than folded is the single biggest thing that extends its life.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.

Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?

No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
