About this product
online drip pipe (plain lateral) made from high-quality LLDPE, UV-stabilized material ,allows flexibility to mannually insert emitters as per required distances. it is flexible, easy to install, and maintenance-free, making it a cost-effective and sustainable choice for modern agriculture. This is ideal for plantations, orchards, and other crops where spacing varies. It is highly durable and compatible with multiple emitter types.
Key features
- Plain lateral pipes for customized emitter placement
- suitable for unusual crops and widely spaced plantations
- Compatible with online drippers and accessories
- Heavy-duty
- long-lasting material
Where it's used
- Orchards and plantations — mango, sweet lime, guava, pomegranate, coconut
- Widely or irregularly spaced planting where fixed emitters would miss
- Nurseries and polyhouses where the layout changes between crops
- Supplementing an existing inline system where a few plants need more water
Benefits
- Plain lateral with no built-in emitters, so you place drippers exactly where the plants are
- One pipe serves any spacing — the same coil suits a 1 m vegetable row and a 4 m orchard
- A blocked dripper is pulled out and replaced in seconds instead of cutting the lateral
- Dripper discharge can be mixed along one line, giving a young sapling less than a mature tree beside it
- Heavier wall than drip tape, so it survives being lifted and re-laid season after season
Installation recommendations
Run the lateral down the row first and let it lie in the sun for an hour — warm pipe punches cleanly and cold pipe tears. Use the proper punch, not a nail: a ragged hole is what leaks around the dripper afterwards. Fit the online dripper firmly into the hole, then charge the line and walk it once to find weeps. Flush the open end before capping.

Drip or sprinkler: which one suits your crop?
Both save water, but they suit different crops, soils and budgets. A plain comparison to help you pick before you spend.
Before you buy
How many drippers can one lateral carry?
It depends on dripper discharge, pipe length and available pressure rather than on the pipe itself. As a working rule, keep total discharge on one lateral inside what your submain can deliver at the rated pressure, and check the last dripper actually runs before you commit the whole field.
A dripper has come out and the hole leaks. Can it be repaired?
Yes. Push in a goof plug — the same punch takes it — or refit a dripper in the same hole. There is no need to cut and joiner the lateral for a single hole.
Do I need a filter?
Yes. A 120-mesh screen or disc filter at the pump is the difference between a lateral that runs for several seasons and one that blocks in the first. If the bore throws sand, put a sand separator ahead of the filter as well — a screen alone will not hold it.
Can I run fertiliser through it?
Yes, fully water-soluble grades only, injected through a venturi or a fertiliser tank. Flush with clear water for about ten minutes afterwards, or the salts dry inside the emitters and block them from the inside.
Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?
Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.
Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?
Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.
