Installation recommendations

As with any lapeta hose: unroll fully, charge gradually, clamp every coupling and check under pressure, drain before rolling. The second layer buys tolerance against scuffing, not against kinking — a sharp fold under pressure still damages it.

Before you buy

Is the double layer worth the difference in price?

Where the hose is dragged over stubble or stone every day, yes — abrasion is what ends most delivery hose, not pressure. On a hose that is laid once and left on soft ground, single layer is usually enough.

How should it be stored between seasons?

Roll it rather than dragging it, keep it out of direct sun, and store it off the ground away from rodents. UV and rats end far more coils than water pressure does.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.

Do I have to buy a whole box of small fittings?

No. Small drip fittings such as joiners and end caps arrive boxed — 100 to a bag, for instance — but you order in pieces and can buy a single one. The box quantity and its price are shown alongside the per-piece MRP so you can see both, and any product with a genuine minimum order states it on its page and on its data sheet.
