About this product

Inline drip pipe made from high-quality LLDPE, UV-stabilized material and having enbuild drippers at fix distances. It helps for uniform water distribution directly to plant roots across the field, resulting in uniform crop growth and reduced water wastage.it is flexible, easy to install, and maintenance-free, making it a cost-effective and sustainable choice for modern agriculture.

Key features

  • Integrated drippers for precise flow
  • high grade virgin material for longer life
  • easy to carry
  • east to roll when not in use
  • cost effective
  • used for multiple crops
  • Heavy-duty
  • long-lasting material

Where it's used

  • Long rows where a standard lateral would run out of pressure before the end
  • Undulating or gently sloping fields, where head varies along the run
  • Multi-season installations that are lifted and re-laid rather than replaced
  • Cotton, chilli, sugarcane and vegetables at close spacing

Benefits

  • Rated to a higher working pressure than the standard inline series, so it holds even discharge over longer runs and across sloping ground
  • Drippers built into the wall during extrusion — nothing to fit, nothing to lose
  • Thicker wall takes more handling: rolling, re-laying between seasons and the occasional wheel
  • Uniform delivery along the full 400 m coil, so one lateral covers a long row without a second submain
  • Suits fertigation on the same line as irrigation

Installation recommendations

Same layout as any inline lateral — take-off from the submain, drippers facing up, flush before capping the far end. The wider pressure band is what this series is for: it will hold discharge where the ground falls away, but a pressure gauge at the head is still how you know, and a filter is still what keeps the emitters open.

Drip or sprinkler: which one suits your crop?

Both save water, but they suit different crops, soils and budgets. A plain comparison to help you pick before you spend.

Before you buy

How is this different from the Aquaflow inline pipe?

Same 16 mm bore and same 40 cm dripper spacing. This one carries a higher pressure rating and a heavier wall, which is what lets it hold even discharge over a longer run or a slope. On a short, flat plot the difference will not show.

Do I need a filter?

Yes. A 120-mesh screen or disc filter at the pump is the difference between a lateral that runs for several seasons and one that blocks in the first. If the bore throws sand, put a sand separator ahead of the filter as well — a screen alone will not hold it.

Can I run fertiliser through it?

Yes, fully water-soluble grades only, injected through a venturi or a fertiliser tank. Flush with clear water for about ten minutes afterwards, or the salts dry inside the emitters and block them from the inside.

How should it be stored between seasons?

Roll it rather than dragging it, keep it out of direct sun, and store it off the ground away from rodents. UV and rats end far more coils than water pressure does.

Are your prices MRP or dealer rate?

Every price on this site is MRP, inclusive of tax. It is the same for everyone — there is no separate dealer login or hidden rate. For bulk quantities, send a bulk enquiry and we will quote on volume.

Why is GST 5% on some products and 18% on others?

Micro-irrigation equipment — drip and sprinkler systems — attracts 5% GST under Indian tax rules. General plastic pipe and fittings attract 18%. The rate that applies is shown on each product page rather than assumed.
