1. Returns Eligibility

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • If you paid by credit card, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
